Maggie Clarke Interiors is a Memphis-based, full-service interior design firm. We specialize in designing traditional spaces with a bit of funk. Our designs are best known for their use of local artists, antiques, and beautifully layered textiles. Our team prides itself on creating a luxury experience for our clients through clear communication, consistent processes, and turn-key design. We use the highest quality local trades and believe details matter.

Studio Manager

We are seeking a Studio Manager to work 30-40 hours per week at the Maggie Clarke Interiors studio in Collierville, TN.

  • Google Suite experience preferred (docs, spreadsheets, etc)

  • Available 30-40 hours/week

Responsibilities

  • Receive packages at the MCI studio

  • Develop, organize, and maintain studio accessory pricing system 

  • Develop, organize, and maintain fabric and wallpaper library systems

  • Organize paint swatches and catalogs

  • Organize, label, and maintain lightbulb inventory

  • Create and maintain client digital folders

  • Wrap and deliver client gifts 

  • Purchase studio supplies, as necessary 

  • Receive art and take it to the framer, make framing selections

  • Transport client drapery from the seamstress to the studio 

  • Stock studio with snacks and refreshments 

  • Greet all guests to the studio 

  • Attend weekly project status meetings with the MCI staff

  • Attend and support as needed during project presentations

  • Attend and support as needed during project installation days

  • Attend and support as needed during design consultations

  • Attend and support as needed during project photoshoots

  • Upload new photography to the website and write a brief description of each project

  • Maintain studio tidiness
